While AI-generated content can offer valuable assistance, content that reflects personal journeys, unique perspectives, and real-life travel tips will likely resonate more deeply with the community and create a more engaging experience.
    • 3.2.3. Engagement in Good Faith: Users agree to engage with the platform and other users in good faith. Attempts to artificially manipulate engagement metrics (such as views, shares, or likes) through fraudulent means, including bots or click farms, are strictly prohibited.

    • 3.3.1. Reporting Issues: Users agree to promptly report any content or behavior that violates these Terms of Service. This includes any fraudulent activities, hate speech, or inappropriate content encountered on the platform.

However, by posting content on Trippr Travel, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to modify, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and in connection with our marketing efforts.

    Dispute Resolution for Content Ownership

    If a content ownership dispute arises between users or with a third party, Trippr Travel will initiate an internal review. Both parties will have an opportunity to present evidence supporting their claim. Trippr reserves the right to remove the disputed content during the review process. In the event of unresolved disputes, users may seek arbitration or legal resolution outside the platform.

    Trippr Travel reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms of Service, including AI-generated content, plagiarized material, or content deemed inappropriate. We may issue warnings, suspend, or terminate accounts for repeated violations. Our community standards provide more details on acceptable content.


    By sharing content on Trippr Travel, users agree to the following responsibilities:

    5.1. Community Standards

    • 5.1.1. Quality and Integrity: Users must ensure that all content shared on Trippr Travel is accurate, high-quality, and adheres to the platform’s community standards. Misleading, deceptive, or poor-quality content may be subject to removal.
    • 5.1.2. Intellectual Property: Users must ensure they have the rights to any content they post. This includes text, images, and videos used in travel itineraries. Users are prohibited from posting content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
    • 5.1.3. Prohibited Content: Content that violates local laws or incites violence, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited. Trippr Travel reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.

    5.2. Suspension and Termination

    • 5.2.1. Consequences of Violations: Users who repeatedly violate these Terms of Service, including posting prohibited content, may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.
    • 5.2.2. Reporting Suspicious Behavior: If users observe content or behavior that violates our community standards or Terms of Service, they are encouraged to report it immediately for further review.

  6. 6. Ad Revenue Sharing Model

    Trippr Travel offers content creators the opportunity to earn revenue from advertisements placed alongside their itineraries. The earnings will be held in escrow until the following conditions are met:

    • The content has achieved a minimum threshold of engagement metrics (such as views, shares, or likes), which will vary by country.
    • A minimum payout threshold has been reached, specific to each user’s location.

    Formula for Revenue Sharing:

    Earnings = (a x Views) + (b x Engagements) + (c x UniqueInteractions)

    Where:

    • a, b, c represent values for each metric, which are determined by Trippr Travel based on advertising revenue and engagement quality.
    • Engagements include meaningful interactions such as comments, shares, and link clicks.

    Dispute Resolution for Earnings:

    If a user disputes the calculation of their ad revenue, Trippr Travel will conduct an internal review of engagement metrics. If discrepancies are found, adjustments will be made. Disputes regarding payments that arise from suspected manipulation of metrics or fraud will lead to account suspension and an investigation.


    By sharing content on Trippr Travel, users agree to the following responsibilities:

    6.1. Metrics and Payment Structure

    • 6.1.1. Escrow Account: All earnings from the ad-revenue sharing program will be held in escrow until certain engagement metrics are met. These metrics include views, likes, shares, and meaningful interactions with content.
    • 6.1.2. Threshold for Payout: Users must reach a minimum payout threshold to withdraw their earnings. This threshold varies by country and will be communicated to users during the payout process.
    • 6.1.3. Linked Bank Accounts: Eventually, users will be able to link their bank accounts to facilitate seamless payments. Until then, alternative methods of payment, such as PayPal, may be used.

    6.2. Disputes over Payments

    • 6.2.1. Payment Disputes: If users believe there is a discrepancy in their earnings or payouts, they must contact Trippr Travel’s support team within 30 days of receiving the payment. Trippr Travel will investigate any disputes in good faith and adjust the payment if necessary.
    • 6.2.2. Fraud Prevention: Trippr Travel reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected. This includes the use of bots, click farms, or any other methods to artificially inflate engagement metrics.
    • 6.2.3. Audit Rights: Trippr Travel reserves the right to audit user activities and engagement metrics to ensure compliance with the ad-revenue sharing program. Any discrepancies found during the audit may result in suspension or removal from the program.
  7. 7. Privacy and Data Collection

    Trippr Travel values your privacy. We collect and process personal data, such as names, emails, and travel data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also collect location data, usage patterns, and other analytics to personalize content and provide better services. By using our platform, you consent to this data collection.

    Third-Party Services:

    We currently use third-party services such as Umami for analytics. We do not share personal information with these services without your explicit consent.


    By using Trippr Travel, users agree to the following conditions regarding account suspension or termination:

    7.1. Grounds for Termination

    • 7.1.1. Fraud and Misuse: Users who engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, or attempt to manipulate engagement metrics will be subject to account suspension or termination.
    • 7.1.2. Repeated Violations: Users who repeatedly violate these Terms of Service, including content standards or engagement rules, may have their accounts terminated after review.

    7.2. Reporting and Appeals

    • 7.2.1. Reporting Suspicious Accounts: Users can report accounts that violate these Terms of Service or appear to be fraudulent. Reported accounts will undergo a vetting process to determine if suspension or termination is necessary.
    • 7.2.2. Appeals Process: Users who have their accounts suspended or terminated will have the opportunity to appeal the decision by providing evidence to Trippr Travel within 14 days of the suspension notice. Trippr Travel will review the appeal and issue a final decision.
